Shipping Policy

At Aussie Nature Store, each product is created especially for you once your order is placed. This allows us to offer unique designs celebrating Australia’s wildlife, landscapes and nature while reducing unnecessary waste.

Because our products are made to order, shipping works a little differently than traditional retail stores.

Order Processing

Once you place your order, your item goes into production with our trusted printing partners.

Production time:
Typically 2–5 business days

During busy periods, holidays, or high seasonal demand, production may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped directly to you.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location.

Australia

Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days

New Zealand

Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days

International Orders

Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to:

  • postal service delays

  • customs processing

  • seasonal demand

  • weather or transport disruptions

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number where available.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping notification.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple production partners, items in the same order may arrive separately.

This simply means they were produced at different facilities.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to the sender, we may need to charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.

While we will do our best to assist, delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are outside our control.

Customs, Duties & International Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or fees may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged item

  • photos of the packaging

We will work quickly to arrange a replacement if necessary.
