Refund Policy

Aussie Nature Store

At Aussie Nature Store, every product is created especially for you once your order is placed. We work with trusted print-on-demand partners to produce thoughtfully designed nature-inspired products celebrating Australia’s wildlife and landscapes.

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

This policy outlines how returns, refunds and replacements work.

Change of Mind Returns

Because our products are made to order, we are generally unable to accept returns for change of mind.

However, we may offer a return within 14 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:

The item must be:

  • unused and unworn

  • unwashed

  • in original condition and packaging

  • free from damage, stains, pet hair or strong scents

  • returned with your order number and name

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, the following items are generally non-returnable unless faulty:

  • made-to-order products

  • personalised or custom items

  • digital products or downloads

  • sale or clearance items

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if an item:

  • arrives damaged

  • has a manufacturing fault

  • is incorrect

  • is significantly different from the description

If this happens, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

Because items are produced through our printing partners, we may request photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange one of the following at no cost to you:

  • replacement item

  • refund

  • store credit

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email:

support@aussienaturestore.com

Include:

  • your name

  • order number

  • reason for return

  • photos if relevant

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • processing typically takes 3–7 business days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

Because our products are produced on demand, we cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend:

1️⃣ Requesting a return (if eligible)
2️⃣ Placing a new order

This ensures you receive the item you want as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Note About Print-On-Demand Production

Many items in our store are custom produced when you order them. This allows us to reduce waste and create unique designs inspired by Australia’s wildlife and landscapes.

For this reason, returns for change of mind may be limited.

However, if there is any issue with quality or printing, we will always work with you to resolve it.
