We want you to love what you receive from Aussie Nature Store. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at info@aussienaturestore.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo showing the fault or error

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

Because our products are printed on demand especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please take care when selecting sizes, colours and styles before placing your order — if you're unsure about anything, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help.

Sizing issues

We provide size guides on all apparel product pages. If your item doesn't fit as expected, please contact us and we'll do our best to find a solution, though we are unable to guarantee exchanges on made-to-order items where the correct size was delivered.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refund process

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
