By using the Aussie Nature Store website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

About us

Aussie Nature Store is an Australian online retailer based in Brisbane, Queensland. We sell print-on-demand products produced by our partners Gelato and Printify. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay where available. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment details.

Products

Our products are produced on demand. Colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the printed product depending on your monitor settings. Product images are representative — minor variations in print placement or colour tone may occur.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, content and branding on this website are the property of Aussie Nature Store or our licensed designers. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Aussie Nature Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you will not exceed the value of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
